I had a few issues with my 2025 Bronco, Emily in service was amazing! She kept in touch with me and let me know how everything was going. She made sure I had a loaner immediately. She was prompt to get me in as soon as possible. The mechanic fixing my Bronco was thorough. He took my car for the weekend, with my permission of course, to ensure it was in perfect working order. I am so grateful for Emily and how well she took care of me! Thank you Blue Star Ford.

Coming in from Ancaster it was my First time at Bluestar and it did not disappoint. Came just to shop around but ended up purchasing my first EV. This team is blessed to have an agent like Nick G. The wealth of knowledge of the vehicles that were being presented was clearly explained. Nick gave what I felt was his honest answers to my questions. The buying process was absolutely painless, smooth and straightforward. Unlike other places I did not feel any pressure of any sort here wish I found this location sooner it would have saved a lot of time I cant say enough about how good of an experience I had here. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I would 100% recommend Blue Star Ford and I'll tell you why. The reputable car brands all have similar features - whether you're looking to buy a truck, SUV or sedan - it really comes down to preference on the slightly different bells and whistles. What isn't standard across the board though; are the people behind the vehicles. I could tell you about how great Ford is but what makes this dealership amazing, is the team! From sales team to the finance department to the manager, there is not one single person who was anything but exceptional.

I purchased a vehicle here soley based of the interpersonal experience with the team. As originally, I was looking at a different brand's SUV, but was not sold on their team. Going to Ford, I knew which salesman I was looking to deal with going in (recommended to me for his years worth of trustworthiness) but every single staff member, sales person and manager who passed us checked on us to ensure we were being attended to and once they knew I was just waiting for him, every single one offered us beverages and offered to answer any question while we waited (not to steal his client, but it genuinely felt like they wanted us to not get bored waiting). Not once were we made to feel unwelcome, or that we were an inconvenience or ignored (which surprisingly has happened at another dealership when purchasing a truck). Everyone was so cheerful and polite here. There were no sleazy sales tactics or pressure from the team - just honest feedback and advice. They gave us all of the options but didn't push anything on us, or force us to accept anything.

The respect that the entire team gives to everyone, along with the honesty and truthfulness that they embody, really has built a foundation of trust for me. I know that if I blow a tire, or a rock cracks my windshield, or something else goes wrong, I can depend on Blue Star Ford to be there for me. I don't have anxiety about going in for maintenance either, because I know the team isn't going to brow beat me or pressure me into purchasing something unneeded or unnecessary, and would take care of me like I was their neighbour or friend.

Recently to the dealer for oil change and servicing of an unknown problem (to me). Emily greeted me with her happy smile and words of support when I was somewhat down that day. I feel she is a very caring as well as wholly competent service advisor for Lincoln. Your business should be grateful to have her. I learned about her experience in the car world that day, and it is immense. She presented to me a very eager-to-help young mechanic and the problem was diagnosed quickly with action taken immediately, thankfully covered on warranty, which was explained in toto as well. Thankful to have these people behind my vehicle at the dealership. I believe they thrive on jobs well done and therefore I am confident in dealing with Blue Star in all respects.
